Syeda Ruquia Fatima is the Head Teacher of Springfields School, Moghalpura. Her association with Springfields spans almost three decades, reflecting a remarkable journey of growth, responsibility and sustained service.
She joined Springfields in 1996 as a Mother Teacher at the Lower Kindergarten level. Her early-years experience gave her a close understanding of how young children learn, build confidence and develop a sense of belonging at school.
In recognition of her skills and experience, she was promoted as Head Teacher at the Aghapura and Tadban branches of what was formerly Springfields Kids.
