Reflections from the Senior Principal’s Desk
Humera Hyder M.A, B.Ed., Senior Principal, Springfields School, Tolichowki, has been associated with Springfields for more than two decades. She joined the school in 1996 as a counselor and was appointed the Headmistress the very next year. In 2012 she was promoted as the principal of Masab Tank School. Apart from her academic qualifications in Sociology, Psychology, English Literature and specialization in counseling, She has excelled in sports and represented her school, College and University in Athletics. She is a qualified Black Belt in Karate.
She is an academician by nature, and highly motivated, dynamic lady with strong beliefs in upholding the time honoured principles of training young minds at an early age enhancing the capabilities of students in a competitive environment. Her interest also lies in the teaching techniques which enable the student to grasp principles which lie at the root of all branches of learning, and leaves vivid impact to provide solid foundation for the young student to build a career and provide comprehensive educational experience. She has been providing valuable inputs and ensured balanced development of children assisting the resolution of their problems and enabling better student teacher interaction.
Throughout her illustrious career, she has been a pillar of excellence in the field of education. Her expertise extends to teacher training and mentoring, where she has played a pivotal role in shaping the future of educators. Ms.Humera Hyder is actively engaged in professional development by attending numerous training workshops and seminars. These initiatives not only enriched her own knowledge but also allowed her to bring innovative ideas and practices to Springfields.
She is not only an accomplished educator but also a mentor for other Springfields group of schools. Her guidance and leadership have contributed significantly to the growth and success of the Group. Her commitment to educational excellence, passion for teacher development, and continuous pursuit of knowledge make her an invaluable asset to Springfields.
