She was associated with International Indian School Jeddah for 2 decades as a Senior Secondary teacher known for her excellent teaching skills. She was felicitated many times for her expertise in Teaching English and giving 100 % result with distinctions. She was felicitated as the best English teacher by the Indian Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Mr. Hamid Ansari former Vice President of India and Mrs. Salma Ansari For her innovative methods of teaching and Excellence in English language teaching.
She is a certified CBSE’s teacher trainer and resource person. She has trained hundreds of teachers in Gulf countries and India. She is an ardent researcher, she has written a number of scholarly papers as part of the research projects for CIEFL as given below:

She has brought about qualitative and quantitative changes in the infra structure, academics and faculty development and empowerment, she is an excellent administrator, under her excellent leadership, she has created a student friendly environment where every child loves learning and cherishes every moment in school.
