Dr. Yakhub Mohammed
Dr. Mohammed Yakhub is an experienced academic leader with a strong background in school management, curriculum development, and educational quality assurance. With a doctorate in Education Administration and Leadership and a master’s degree in the same field, he has spent several years leading academic operations and strengthening teaching–learning practices across schools.
He most recently served as Academic Head at an International School in Jeddah, where he led academic operations, strengthened teaching and learning practices, guided curriculum alignment, and oversaw accreditation processes. He has extensive experience in shaping curriculum alignment, improving instructional strategies, and guiding teachers through continuous professional development. His leadership focuses on fostering a collaborative school culture, enhancing student learning outcomes, and maintaining the highest standards of academic excellence.
In addition to his school leadership roles, Dr. Yakhub has conducted research on educational leadership, teacher professional development, and its direct influence on student achievement. His doctoral research explored the impact of continuous professional development (CPD) on improving instructional quality and student performance—work that has contributed to evidence-based practices in teacher training and school improvement.
